Responsibilities:

• Perform machine installation, commissioning, evaluation, and routine maintenance for customers

• Provide troubleshooting support and application advice to customers and agents to ensure optimal machine performance.

• Maximize the utilization of Koh Young machines at customer sites through effective service and issue resolution.

• Conduct training sessions for customers and agents to enhance operational knowledge and efficiency.

• Collaborate with and manage distributors to maintain excellent customer service and support standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Computer Science/Software/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or a related field.

• Junior Executives (1-2 years of working experience) are welcome.

• 1-3 years of SMT experience preferred. Experience with programming and operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)machines and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machines is advantageous.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.

• Must have own transportation.

• Willing to travel (Domestic and Overseas).

• Meticulous, independent, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage and execute assigned tasks effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Hand-on exposure to advanced semiconductor systems or process is highly valued.

• Must be willing to work on customer sites and be on standby for unscheduled tasks.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.

• Must be meticulous, independent, and efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects.

• Full-Time positions available.

• Possessing a car and a class D driving license is preferred (transportation and mobile allowances will be provided).

• Comprehensive training and support will be given to new hires.

• Experienced engineers have the opportunity for overseas customer support. 

• SMT background is essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AOI and SPI machine.
